We are overjoyed to invite you to Joy in the Harvest, our 3rd Annual Christmas Event Fundraiser, co-hosted with our partners at La Cosecha.

This year, our mission is simple: to spread joy, bring comfort, and make the holiday season unforgettable for families in need. On Thursday, December 18th, we are coming together to bring holiday magic to over 1,500 local children and their families.

Two Organizations, One Shared Purpose

Joy in the Harvest is a collaboration of love between Joy in the Cause and La Cosecha ("The Harvest").

La Cosecha is a vital local nonprofit that provides food to the community every Thursday at the corner of 41st and Garnett. Twice a year, Joy in the Cause partners with them to bring additional support—providing backpacks in August and the magic of Christmas in December.

How It Works: While La Cosecha manages their regular weekly food distribution, Joy in the Cause steps in to provide the "extras" that make the holidays bright. We focus on bringing smiles through gifts and toys, ensuring that while bellies are full, hearts are also full.
